Looks like USB drive plugged to the ground.
Those are pretty awful buildings imo, and I’m generally a fan of adding height to a city. The main building (Belgrade Tower) has such an ugly shape and the finish looks cheap – it’s like an upside down plastic bottle. Other buildings look quite generic, and it just all looks badly planned. Sorry.
