  1. Probably illegal, no? Isn’t the bathroom excluded from the caclulation of surface hsbitable, making it way smaller than 10 sqm?

Also: A parking spot is larger at roughly 13 sqms. Let that sink in

  2. 1250€ rent + 2500€ deposit + 1250€ agency fees… that’s 5000€ to spent on the first month just to live in a shoe box. And it seems it’s without VAT ? (it says +16%).

I’m almost wanting to call the owner a “marchand de sommeil”.

And the Luxembourgish state wants to have 1M resident by 2050… right..

  3. looks like an average student accommodation room. it’s probably the size of the room i’m living in now, so i didn’t understand the outrage in the comments… and now i’m sad because it is actually outrageous and i normalised it in my head because as a student, there was nowhere with more space that i could live

  4. For everyone who can not afford this. I have a shoe carton I don’t need anymore which I can rent out for half the price.

  5. This looks very cozy actually, but I just like places like this, I can imagine why no one would live there

  6. According to people in ministry likes of Kox, people want mansions and palaces for residents. So they propose living in such boxes or living 7 people in 3 room house. For them, there is no in-between.

  7. I KNOW THIS PLACE, I DROPPED ACID THERE ONCE

A friend of mine used to live there but rent was an heck of a lot lower. Downstairs there is a larger traditional multi room housing, up there, massive bonus points, you have the garden right outta the door, and if your flatmates are indoor creatures basically for yourself, you could plant tomatoes there

  8. I imagine a single person that works 60h per week this would work just fine and considerably better than a room in a houseshare (I would choose this ten times over living with a bunch of strangers), but the price is outrageous.
