TLDR : Romania, Spain, Slovakia all have issues with ethnic minorities & secessionist movements which demand independence. Greece and Cyprus are against that because of the Cypriote question (ie. the island is split between Greek and Turkish governments).
Funny how this is posted a day after Kosovo police used teir gass on ethnic Serbs in Kosovo who were protesting (in Northern Kosovo, which is 93%-97% Serbian).
