Hey, there is a specific part for my car that isn’t available anywhere except [otomoto.pl](https://otomoto.pl). I live in England and have never used or heard of this site. How does it work? It seems like eBay. The seller said they would ship from Poland to England, but I don’t know how to pay them. Is this site popular? How do I know I’m not getting scammed? Thanks in advance!

It’s a reputable site, although without the consumer protection Allegro Lokalne would give you
The part is going to get stopped in UK customs though and you will pay VAT and duty om the declared value
How big is the part ?
It’s a very popular site but it’s mostly made for transactions made in real life tbh
After all you’re dealing with a private person and the site won’t interfere nor protect the buyer
