  1. Wind ‘Julie’ up for a few days OP, ask her banal shit like what’s her favourite colour and if she likes strawberry doughnuts

  2. That’s totally legit. I’m Julie’s boss so I’ll take over now. Thanks Julie.

All we need to get started is your bank details, your bank login information, your blood type, mother’s maiden name, your DSP login information, your Revenue login information and every password you’ve ever used ever. Once we have that we can get you started on our totally legit job.

  3. Yes it’s legit. However I also run an internet surfing company and we offer €20,000 per week. Now, to get you started I’ll just need a small deposit of €1500 for the equipment we will send out to you. We accept all kinds of untraceable money transfers. Look forward to hearing from you.

  5. Every fucking day here there seems to be a post like this. Someone asking if an obvious scam is legit. What is going on, are people really this thick?

  6. Publicjobs.ie is the Public Appointments Service for the Civil Service and Public Service and would never contact anyone via WhatsApp. Any communication with Public Jobs is through their website where they regularly advertise for the Civil and Public Service.

  7. Maybe they do, but they never actually put “surf the internet” into the job description. That’s the giveaway!

Ordinarily you learn that one on the job.
