Publicjobs.ie is the Public Appointments Service for the Civil Service and Public Service and would never contact anyone via WhatsApp. Any communication with Public Jobs is through their website where they regularly advertise for the Civil and Public Service.
They literally have a banner on their website at the moment warning people about this.
So there aren’t loads of hot jobs in my area?
Maybe they do, but they never actually put “surf the internet” into the job description. That’s the giveaway!
Ordinarily you learn that one on the job.
