I’m sure they’re only going in for a minute to grab a few things.
While I don’t encourage criminal acts.. I really think you should allowed to vandalise cars in these situations.
On reality there should definitely be a system where you can report this with the picture and location and the driver to be fined and get penalty points. That driver is a public menace.
I’m seeing more and more of this horrendous parking lately. I’ve actually seen a jeep do the homer Simpson parked sideways across 3 spaces.
Looks like he’s done a bang up job to me.
Much easier to load the boot without those bollards in the way.
Ample space on either side of the vehicle to allow passengers climb onboard.
