They should mobilise the criminal assets bureau against the cunts. Generated untold millions in cash and property while all this was going on. Show me how the Vatican is any different from a mansion owned by one of the Kinahans, except for scale obviously.
Spoiler alert. Nothing will happen. They were given a sweetheart deal 20 years ago and the individual orders and organisations, while Catholic, are not directly employed by the RCC in the Vatican. Their assets are in trusts and untouchable. They had the best legal and financial advice for decades and short of forcibly seizing their assets (which would fail any number of legal arguments) we’re gonna get the square root of fuck all from them.
