How opposition gets the message across when all media are owned by Orban’s friends?
Well, hopefully they manage to increase their support within the next few months. I’d be pretty bad if we were stuck with 4 more years of Orban.
Keep in mind that Nézőpont is a Fidesz-aligned pollster, so they frequently [overestimate the Fidesz vote by as much as 5-10 points](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cmtYpsFByGPdJhxh5xngP85FDX8J4reV) compared to the polling average. One of their biggest mistakes was the 2019 Budapest mayoral election: they predicted that Fidesz candidate István Tarlós would win by 13 points, instead, he ended up losing by 7 points to Gergely Karácsony.
Still, it’s very much possible that either Fidesz or the opposition holds a lead of a couple points, but no reputable pollster is showing a 10-point lead for Fidesz right now, so this one is to be taken with a grain of salt.
Fidesz should stop their mocking campaign against the opposition, it’s literally backfiring on them.
