I used to spend a lot of time in Luxembourg and started following this sub. It’s at least 20% pictures of this roundabout. Can somebody let me in on the joke??
Somewhere in the building in the left of the picture is someone who started taking pictures of the congested roundabout. Congestion easily avoided if people would not block the road.
Then he took pictures of people working in and around the roundabout.
Then other people joined posting pictures and we got ourself a meme.
We got two. An american with a high profile job and a Columbian wife. And the roundabout.
And the Roundabout is with me

They are evolving 
Hail roundabout, the life giver.
Is it too late to ask where the roundabout is? I feel the compelling need to see it in person.
