  1. 50G of protein in a litre of milk is nothing special TBH. You can get 26G from a tub of cottage cheese.

    Though I don’t want to be next to the guy who drinks a litre of milk a day!

  2. It’s 50g in a whole carton – basically nothing per glass/bowl. Not worth it, you’re better off paying for a protein bar.

  3. Better then the „protein milk“ we have on Austria.
    For me personally, Milk is great because I use it for overnight oats etc and extra protein isn’t bad 🙂

  4. Bro that junk contains 47 grams of SUGAR for every 50 grams of protein. Read on the effects of such a high ratio of sugar and protein consumed toeger and see which of the two your body absorbs better and focuses resources on to digest.

  5. So maybe I am out of the loop these days but is GOMAD still a thing? That’s what this refers to right? Cause it seems it would make sense to some limits though you are not going to maintain it…

  7. Not a fan of milk but it seems interesting. I still prefer protein powder when I need to take protein for an extended period.
