  2. Kazakistan is leaning towards West. They are also preparing to apply to EU. There is no benefit in an union with Belarus and Russia

  3. Kazakhstan is definitely becoming more neutral after this war, Russia has proven to be an untrustworthy and unstable ally. I doubt Russia will be planning an invasion of Kazakhstan however, Georgia is far more likely if Putin were to invade another country and the war in Ukraine has shown Russia has a much weaker military than expected. Kazakhstan is currently in a spectacular geopolitical position benefiting from Russias sanctions making enormous profits from natural gas and more.
