  1. We had a massive spider on the steps on the house I was in in Bern. Scared the daylights out of me. But there were also always big guys on the lights at the bus stop shelter?! Creepy as heck.

  2. Did you know that the world’s [largest insects](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phasmatodea) can get up to 60cm long, haha? That little spider is harmless and good for you and its surroundings. Just smile and say “hello”.

Yes, I know that spiders are technically not insects, but neither are shrimps, yet…

  3. Many years ago there was news that woman purchased salad packet and she found small live gecko inside.

She was exited and decided to keep it than release in wild.

  4. These are Eratigena duellica and if you want to escape them you’ll have to flee Europe, or maybe go to a northern country although I’m not sure if they have other big spiders up there. I constantly come across them at my house (Wallis) I just pick em up and toss them outside.

  5. Imagine hanging out in coop, totally minding your own business bc you are a single mom of i guess around 100 kids and some dude makes a picture of you to shame you on reddit only bc you have a few more legs and a little more body hair and you have black skin. Smh

  6. I had a lot of them in bern, as they are big enough you can throw stuff from a safe distance till you killed it.
