Amazing painter, we have a few prints of his paintings hanging at home. A great loss.
Loved the oul smoky smoky
aka the inventor of angry-looking chefs and shifty looking-women. Never got the appeal of his art, but RIP.
His art never appealed to me at all but if you can say one thing, it’s that he had a truly distinctive style, you can always spot a Knuttel.
The nephew copying that style is laughable but I’m sure he does well out of it
