
Hallo Leute,
I recently subscribed to DB Deutschland ticket for a month (May) and have cancelled it on 31st May.
I have already received the confirmation letter and email from DB, however my bank noticed me that DB charged me €49 for June.
What should I do and how can I get my money back?

You have to cancel by the 10th of the previous month.

Probably not much than ask customer support for goodwill.
The deadline to cancel is the 10th of a month (for DB, other companies might have other deadlines).
You stopped it too late. You have to stop it at the 10th of the month, not the end of the month. Cancel now (until saturday 10th) at the latest and use the June one. I don’t think you can cancel June still, ask the DB Hotline, but they probably will tell you the same.
