There isn’t much explanation as to why no one has taken it up? Or have they but it’s failed due to browsing pressure etc.?
What happens if you accept the first 5 years of payments and you don’t get any regeneration?
a reforesting effort in africa literally just dumped citrus and veg peels from food processing, that would have gone to landfill, then piled native seeds on that, and got better results.
