Then fill it with bunk beds @ 400 per month per bed.
Sit back and relax while the profits roll in
4 bed, 650 a month each, seen worse!
Supply < Demand = inflation

Yes. It’s a four-bed sure
It’s up beside the train station too,..how anyone is affording that kinda money on rent is mind boggling
*”I hear you work for a large corporation”*
€2.6k / 4 = €650
If the main bedroom has a king size bed you’ll split by 5 people, which equals €520. If the landlord adds internet and garbage fees in the mix, this is a total bargain by today’s standards.
I know it’s hard to accept, but the problem is the game, not these players. No one cares to regulate anything, our government is literally ignoring this market speculation for almost a decade now.
Zero regulation results in an anarchic market, which is what we have. You can either **accept it, shut up or do something about it in the upcoming 2025 elections**…
You know drogheda is bad when the rent is that low
I’m all for shouting about the price of renting but…it’s a four bed so..650 a month is actually decent.
Serious looking gaff tbh.
And this is a good offer
Um yeah where have you been, I’ve seen a one bed apartment advertises for 2k in Athlone… last year
Its on the Dublin Road, Five Oaks is actually considered very affluent. Not condoning these prices at all, but its not exactly Moneymore. I’m from Dublin myself but my partner is from Drogheda. I’ve come to realise that Drogheda has to very different ends of the scale. There’s the likes of Rathmullen Park & Moneymore but you also have the Grammer School heads on the Dublin Road with million euro plus houses. Depends which side of the Boyne you’re on really.
