Will the full orbital route of the M50 on the land set aside through Goatstown D14 , Belfield D4 and on through the Sandymount Tunnel to Dublin port ever be built ??

4. I can’t see it happening, at least not with the greens in government anyways, there’s a big move away from cars underway with the main focus on bike lanes and public transport and getting the airport metro link built and then expanding it to other routes around the city.

   Greens won’t even let them build a ring road around Galway.

   We are a joke. Other countries have managed to build 70+ kilometers of transit lines in a decade. We can’t even start building one

6. I thought it was abandoned years ago.

7. It was officially cancelled not too long ago. Maybe last year.

   There’s also land near the Port Tunnel that was put aside for this and might be used for housing.

   I’m not sure if anything will be done with the land. It belongs to various parties.

11. We need to get on with building more LUAS lines, this looks perfect. People love the LUAS, if we could just sort out the lack of policing in some areas. 2 billion a pop sounds pretty cheap given the resources we now have.

12. A lot of our money would be diverted to the wrong people, that’s about all we can be sure of under this treasonous government. Can’t imagine it going anywhere after that as it looks like some work would be involved, not just talking shite in the British tabloids.
