Liam Neeson does improv

  1. Went off him when he called the #MeToo movement a ‘witch hunt’, and Tubs (interviewing him at the time) visibly perturbed, didn’t have the balls to call him out on it.

I’m surprised he’s been forgiven for saying that he went scouring the streets with a weapon hoping to kill an innocent black man.

I always thought that he was a brutal actor with no range or depth, and just plays himself in every role, but it appears he has no redeemable features. He’s a far cry from the thoroughly unproblematic, humble, sublimely talented Day Lewis.

The downvoters are telling on themselves. I got downvoted into oblivion for explaining the dynamics involved in domestic abuse to somebody who was blaming the victim on another thread. It’s really disappointing to see such views being held in Irish society. Yet, these very same hypocrites were the first to rage about domestic abuse calls going unanswered during the pandemic. They’d also be the first to rage about targeting somebody on account of race. It’s mere virtue signalling for brownie points. I utterly despise hypocrisy.

People hate when you hold a mirror up to them and expose their hypocrisy. The downvotes is the cognitive dissonance setting in. It takes courage to introspect, but alas, not many are brave enough to do it.

  2. Hilarious scene.

Unfortunately I was recounting the scene to a friend (and his boyfriend) at my stag party. It was only when I got to the end when I remembered that my mates boyfriend had HIV.

He didn’t seem bothered but still. Talk about foot in your mouth.
