As to the actual story, looks like murder. And also looks like, based on the quotes from the family, like someone is trying to spin it as not murder.

Mine had 5 police officers on deck at all times due to knife crime and cunts would still try their luck. Recall one time a 13 year old pulled a knife & a police officer yeeted him across a chair.

It’s is the shutting of special schools that is the problem. There are kids who are ticking time bombs in the normal school system.
I would be surprised if the child responsible has not shown problematic and potentially dangerous behavior previously.
There was a time previously where these children were not in main stream educational establishments but funding cuts and bleeding hearts now mean they walk amongst us.
This happened to me around the same age. Fortunately he let go before I blacked out. He was stupid then and last time I saw him he was still stupid.
