There are council houses in Cabra with horses in the back garden.
That photo is shocking though. A starving horse tied up inches from food.
100% agree. Estates are built for peoples needs, not horses.

Why not just say he’s against animals being mistreated? Why make this about Travellers? Does he even know for sure that the person who tied the animal was a Traveller? At the very least, can he identify anyone who defended mistreating animals like this on cultural grounds? Seems to me like just another godshite politician trying to get his name in the local paper by stoking resentment against minorities.
