House swap Croatia <–> Portugal

SEEKING : A place in Croatia, ideally Split but open to all!
OFFERING : A seaside condo in Portugal

Hello everyone! Ne govorim hrvatski tako dobro so this post will be in English.

Me and a friend have a trip scheduled to Croatia in August. We’re looking to exchange houses with someone who would like to spend a week in our condo in Portugal. We’ve done swaps in the past and absolutely loved our experience. We’re looking to get a place in Split, but open to all options!
We’re hoping to get a swap anywhere in Croatia, as long as it’s near the coast. We won’t be driving so we’ll need a taxi/bus system too. Other than that, we’re really flexible! Open to islands too!

THE APARTMENT: The condo is in Aveiro, Portugal, aka the Venice of Portugal. More precisely, we are in Costa Nova, so we live on the beach!

The condo is modern and spacious. It can comfortably sleep 5 (2 double beds, 1 couch).
The two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen should have everything you need for a comfortable stay! One of our rooms is a simple gym and workspace. We have high-speed wifi, AC, and a grill for outdoor cooking.

Aveiro is about 45 minutes from Porto. Regional trains run through here both to Lisbon & Porto, so you can see the major cities too! Barra, another oceanside town, is at a walking distance from the place! We can offer some recommendations for all of these cities 😁
