I’m glad that the first meet up was successful.
9 people joined and we had a nice chat.
Half are already in Finland, half aren’t yet.
There was someone who has been living there for 22 years, but also some for just a couple of weeks, a couple of months, or a couple of years.
We had people work in IT/tech industry, health care, etc and also students.
We talked about anything and everything, sharing information and tips.
I’d like to invite you all again into a 30-40 minutes zoom call this coming Wednesday evening at 6pm Finland time.

Topic for this time will be what you like about Finland?
Yes, it’s cold, it’s dark half of the year, it’s costly, native people there aren’t friendly (at first), but, what do you like about it?
Of course a short introduction about yourself is still encouraged as well.
Also, if you have any question, prepare and we may or may not be able to answer, but we at least gonna listen to you 🙂
I only wish to create a place where people can connect with each other, and feel free to give me feedback if you have any better ideas of how to organize.
