I still don’t get the point to bring back bikes with a truck, while there’s an electric tram going all the way through the city. Also, very lite traffic now

But who is the person standing in the middle of our holy roundabout?
I mean, if the bikes consistently reduce in numbers at that spot then surely they’re being used to go somewhere. Journey patterns are clearly not equal in both directions.
Collecting them and transporting the equivalent of 8(?) people’s journeys on one van is more efficient than if they were done in cars, even if it’s not perfect. Even better that they’re moving the bikes when there’s no traffic while the journeys were presumably in rush hour…
I don’t understand your logic here with your statement but whatever.
1. Only a handful of vel’oh stations run along the tram line!!!
2. Transport aka loading/unloading takes time.
3. I don’t know if maintenance is done (depending on the maintenance needed on the bike) right away or not.
4. Probably a gazillion other reasons why it’s done that way that come to my mind.
The truck is electric too. Besides, trams are not going everywhere and certainly don’t stop long enough to unload two dozen bikes.
Someone is bored at work again 🙃
He staring at the holy roundabout shrine?
Clear roundabout, and yet guy is tailgating…
I always wonder what‘s in the white-blue box on the windowsill, simply because it appears in every single roundabout update
Im two buildings away from you today and time to find out your window!
I once found one of those bikes in the small creek right in front of my house. I live in the south by the way. Checking to see if I got that photo on my phone…
Edit: No luck finding the photo
Bikes are usually dropped quite far right in terms of their poles. It’s a political thing.. due to elections. In my professional opinion, my analysis leads me to believe that the poles are melting
