Witam wszystkich! Tak długo szukałem jednego bardzo starego oprogramowania dla restauracji.
Nazywa się Barman v 6.3 (Freeware).
To oprogramowanie działa tylko w systemie Windows XP. Tak więc w najnowszej wersji systemu Windows należy również zainstalować wirtualną skrzynkę WindowsXP, a następnie oprogramowanie działa w wirtualnej skrzynce. Plik przebiegu nosi nazwę „skrzynka barmana”. Może to jest oprogramowanie, które specjalnie pisze dla restauracji. Ponieważ nie mogę znaleźć żadnych informacji o tym oprogramowaniu w Internecie!
Ale mówi się, że to oprogramowanie było bardzo popularne wśród azjatyckich restauracji w Polsce piętnaście lat temu lub wcześniej.
Chłopaki, czy możecie mi pomóc znaleźć to oprogramowanie lub powiedzieć, jak szukać tego oprogramowania.
Nie wierzę, że nikt nie może tego znaleźć.
Ważne jest to, że… ktoś powiedział, że “stare oprogramowanie jest zbyt trudne dla współczesnych programistów komputerowych”.

Na czym polega ta ważność bo czegoś nie rozumiem
Jeśli to freeware, to szukałbym na starych płytach dodawanych do PC World Komputer z lat 90, oni lubili takie tematy.

E: cursory search revealed no apparent sources. As all specialized CUI applications, you’ll probably have a hard time to find it. The best way would be to actually try to talk to restaurants if they use one; though i don’t believe that you’ll find one nowadays.
But either way, CUI are hard to learn, not hard to use.
You should really write it in English and r/Poland would be a great idea because it’s a really poor translation and it’s hard to read
Is there any information regarding the software author available under the Help screen (available using the F1 key) – maybe that way you can track down the company responsible for making the software and get more information from them if they still exist?
The screenshot was made just two days ago on 27.05.2023, so whoever has that software running on vbox probably also has an installer for it.
If they don’t, they can still make an image of the guest WinXP system via VirtualBox and copy the installation to any other PC with an appropriate architecture.
Since this software seems to have been memoryholed, your last bet could be to find a place which uses it: I think I know at least one place in Warsaw which does.
