Bro is that a polish thing I notice it a lot in the restaurants here and idk if it’s good or not but it looks TERRIFYING to me
So small?
Looks good!
One of my favorite things about visiting Poland is beef tartare being EVERYWHERE! It’s considered a delicacy in the States and you can only find it at really expensive restaurants. Also a fan of beet soup with mushroom perogies. I’m not a fan of beets but good lord polish people made that work somehow.
I live in Poland and while I like it in restaurants, I would also like to make it at home.
I used to make it at home in Canada by buying a piece of beef from the butcher, mentioning it was for tartare and everything was fine.
Does anyone know, in Wrocław or in general in Poland where it’s possible to buy beef for making tartare?
I know I can buy it in packages in the grocery, buy I don’t like the texture very much, I prefer to cut it with a knife like it’s done in Québec or France.
Among us
Ew. My opinion, but I prefer cooked meat!!
What is that shiny on the left? Anchovies, herring fish?
My stomach is now yearning for tatar 😰😍 with a shot of good cold vodka it achieves perfection
M m m m m
Ah yes, paying 20 $ for 150 gram of food
Mielonego bym z tego opierdolił
What is the “brown” thing on the left, near the white onion? I’m often making tatar at home, but I’m only adding sour cucumbers, red + white onion and egg yolk. I would like to find what else could I use 😀
I had it in Wrocław. Don’t know if Wrocław is especially famous for it but I had it there and it was good.
