Took long enough. Our legal system really needs to be overhauled to make it fit for purpose, so cases are dealt with quicker.
The leachate is a worrying part!
Girlfriend (now wife) lived on the north side of Naas at the time (but still a good mile away from the dump). The smell when the wind was blowing in a particular direction was nauseating.
