(not mine) order has been taken through tolls multiple times, and the person making the order is worried. Does this mean anything? Do they need to pay four tolling fees?

  1. * Toll (EN) = Maut (DE)
    * Zoll (DE) = Customs (EN)
    * Zollabgabe (DE) = Duty (EN) / Customs (EN)

Either the customs declaration made by the seller looks fishy or the shipment has been randomly selected for further inspection by Swiss Customs. Be prepared to submit evidence how much you have actually paid.

If the declaration is incorrect further fees can be charged. If the declaration is correct and no tax or duty is due there will be no extra cost.

  2. Looks normal to me. Package left Canada customs, arrived in Switzerland anf is currently at the Swiss customs until they checked it.

  3. Quite lengthy at customs. Did you receive a letter by Post to declare the value? Frankly I’d give them a call to inquire the status by dialing 0848 639 639.
