I am quite profficient in English but lack of propper vocabulary in my native language (Polish) makes it difficult to translate accurately. The word I am having problems with is “package”. In the context of this quote, it means a design that is restricted by space and volume limitations such as the room required to fit an engine into a car or the space required for the passengers. I believe there is no such word in Polish. Image for context: [https://www.carbodydesign.com/media/2015/03/Sample-Car-Package-Design-from-H-Point-book-720×540.jpg](https://www.carbodydesign.com/media/2015/03/Sample-Car-Package-Design-from-H-Point-book-720×540.jpg)

The quote:

Before we start every program, we develop these speed forms. And the idea and the thinking behind it is if we create this movement and this energy in a form (in which) we don’t have to worry about lamps or windshields or mirrors or wheels we can just create this pure form. What we do, in that pure form, is we develop a proportion to get the movement and the energy of the design going, without any restrictions from a package. And it frees the designers up to really be creative and to get a real energy and like a movement into the design.

Before handing in my thesis I will have to have it translated by a licensed translator but for now I only have to get it checked by my professor. If you are willing to translate the whole quote I would highly appreciate that. The term “speed form” is fine as it is, any translation would sound hands down stupid and it is understandable enough to leave it in its original form

Edit: Also this is a quote of a guy speaking in a rather casual manner. I find it difficult to translate it into Polish without it sounding dumb in a way in which it seems like the person speaking has little qualifications to speak on this matter
