The defence is leading with he’s on the autism scale and therefore he had diminished responsibility, if he was that autistic that he didn’t know firing 5 shots at another person was bad why wasn’t he in a mental health facility to safeguard the public?
Also trying to make people feel sorry that hes in a wheelchair, not pointing out that he’s only in the wheelchair cos he shot himself.
Can’t say I feel any sympathy for him. Hope the sentence is reflective of what he deserves.
