  1. Trying to spook them out of the country now it seems with ghosts! Wouldn’t be surprised if we hear about them refusing to live in there after awhile

  2. A sentence which summaries failure at every turn.

Inviting people without any plan without any prospect of being able to keep up with inflow and a probably excellent site sat idle I’ll assume for years and not developed for housing.

Edit, see it only closed last year.

  3. We consider them people in need seeking refuge.

FF and FG consider them potential tenants that they can bleed dry.

Controversial opinion, but maybe we shouldn’t be allowing landlords to control public housing? Especially considering those landlords are some of the most corrupt people in the country?

  4. This is getting ridiculous now. We simply don’t have the resources! Any kind of a pragmatist would stop this nonsense immediately. We are overstretched, and our government haven’t a clue what they are doing.

  5. What are the government doing with all the money they are getting for bringing in these asylum seekers?

  7. And yet people think Ireland is full. We could fit another 10,000 tents in Phoenix Park alone.

  8. Jesus fucking Christ, what a god damn embarrassment.

Asylum seekers in tents because fuckwaggles in the dail couldn’t organise a pissup in a brewery

  9. i left Ireland about 11-12 years ago now, i remember there was a housing crisis then too. it just seemed to of continued and never got fixed at all . yet there was and are thousands of empty houses /apartments/properties still. its mind boggling . just a quick google brings these up
