  2. It’s not that hard to follow a recipe and if you find cocking boring then too bad because you need to do this for the rest of your life. So either you can learn how to cook or stay processed and you will look processed

  3. I feel like there’s a correlation with the cost of living. Processed food is cheaper.

    Unfortunately vegetables are also expensive here considering the landscape

  4. Probably has to do with the small land mass not being able to grow large quantities of fresh, local food. Also that we get many of our food products from Sicily, which are ultra-processed to make it able to survive the way from the Sicilian factories, to Maltese shelves.
