Sitting Magistrate Nadine Lia was arraigned in court on Thursday, accused of threatening and insulting her ex-husband. Anyone else find it really strange that NO other news outlet has picked up this story?

  1. Interesting part of the article

    >she is the daughter-in-law of Pawlu Lia – a Labour Party lawyer and also the lawyer of the former prime minister Joseph Muscat and his chief of staff Keith Schembri.

    >The magistrate’s father-in-law Pawlu Lia is, moreover, the government’s representative on the Commission for the Administration of Justice, which is responsible for taking disciplinary action against members of the judiciary.

    HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  2. I mean I don’t see why something like times wouldn’t wanna report on it, it fits their narrative. So my guess is that this source only spoke to the shift, so other news sites are waiting for some kind of source/official confirmation? Just a guess, but personally I don’t think we need to get our pitchforks out yet
