My grandad has Parkinson’s. He really struggles with the feeling of his feet “sticking” to the ground with the heaviness. We’ve spent hundreds on trying to get him “new shoes”, but this is the only pair that suits his feet according to him.
Nannah says she spent a tenner on them and got them a few years back in a discount store. Lidl/ Aldi/ sport direct or somewhere similar. We really want to find them again but I’ve no idea where to – been trying to find the brand online but “avenue” doesn’t give much info.
Anyone recognise these and possible know where we could get these? Or similar at least?
Thanks in advance!

  1. Its an Aldi brand.maybe contact them on Facebook with pics( and your grandad’s story to motivate them!), they might turn up a pair in the warehouse

  2. Might be worth looking at Skechers? Very light shoes, many models with no laces. Some have a hole in the back so you can fix the heel when putting them on.

  3. Vivo barefoots are not cheap, but they are incredibly light and you can really feel the ground under you. It might be a stupid suggestion, hopefully not.
