12. You’re not allowed on a motorway with anything less than 50cc or equiv. Very fucking illegal and very dangerous. Also that scooter is probably doing about 45kmph. It’s probably a foreign export, high wattage. He was wobbling on it at the end. Most domestic bought ones are limited to 25kmph for obvious reasons. Guards catch him doing that, he’s fucked. Electric scooters on normal roads/paths are a very grey area as it is.
