I don’t think it’s appropriate to frame it as “contravening God’s laws” because then it implies that this is a religious dispute, and it’s not a religious dispute. But the point that he is making is correct. Circumcision injures a healthy person and cuts off a normal part of the person’s body without that person’s permission, and the person can’t get the foreskin back. Just by that standard, circumcision is child abuse. Society wouldn’t allow parents to amputate any other part of a healthy child’s body because of the parent’s personal beliefs, and the foreskin should follow that same standard. The fact that girls have complete protection from every kind of genital injury, while boys do not have the same protection, flies in the face of logic
