I’m saying this because my dad worked for a small construction company. But back in September 2022 his boss didn’t give anyone money because someone has measured something wrong. My dad has obviously frustrated (worked from 5:00AM till 5:00PM, and sometimes even came home past 7:00PM). After 2 weeks he has changed work station and when his manager called him he tried to make my dad go to work and to only give him 380pln. My dad agreed and asked when will be give him and 2 of his work mates the full (monthly)paycheck the manager has just hung up. It was a tough month because of this fuck, and my dad actually didn’t come back. He just stuck with the place he changed.
