wait, what exactly does b) entail? It just says “residential adress”, which I’m assuming it has to be of RoC controlled areas or maybe abroad of other EU states, otherwise that’d both be a pretty big change & kinda make a) pointless.
Finally.
Under normal circumstances, the occupied areas would have become totally economically dependent on the state after all these years and after ascension in the EU. It’s our chronic hesitance to help TCs and make them feel like we want them back that’s hindered this process.
