Yes, third one is Oberhofen am Thunersee and the first two ones might also be there but not too sure about them.
Something similar happened to me. My grandparents had a painting in their basement all my life. It was of a mideval street scene with a river to one side and a couple of churches visible. When I moved to Zurich I was walking downtown and realized holy shit! This is my grandparents painting! I took a pic to compare later and it was the exact spot. They had never been to Europe and couldn’t even remember where they got the painting.
