That entire sally port road is such a waste of a potentially beautiful promenade. Cars can now speed with no slowing down measures. Absolutely zero trees planted. Classic Malta

Cottonera, Senglea, Birgu : One big potential. Although parts of it was developed incorrectly after WW2 due to poverty etc but it’s taking shape once again recently, especially Cottonera.
