Surely entering a premises unlawfully in masks and smashing up the place is grounds for criminal prosecution against both those individuals and the person who sanctioned it?
Question. When people get awarded whatever amount from the court do they actually get it or is that a different story?
“Illegal evictions don’t happen” is the line you see on here often, this is the kind of shit that happens. Don’t know how many times I’ve heard of landlords using groups of fellas to reef out tenants.
Assuming that there’s been a rent issue long before anything was smashed or damaged. Probably €15K well spent
I increasingly worry that violent revolution will be the only option left to us over time!
