I don’t think they are being paid €10M a month for that building alone (€135ppn x 222 x 30 days =€899,100) but I’d easily believe collectively hotels are being paid €10M/mth.
Home hosts are paid €800/mth per group no matter how many they have living in. If it’s a single adult or a family of 4, a home host still only gets the one €800/mth payment.
