This is a Martyrs Monument in Algiers, Algeria. It was designed by two people- an Algerian painter, and the other a Polish Politician and Sculptor-Marian Konieczny! 🇩🇿❤️🇵🇱🇵🇱

I feel like it’s a bit disrespectful to put cell tower on top of the monument but on the other hand if it pays for maintenance I guess it’s less disrespectful than letting it deteriorate.
