Cześć everyone. I am a Turkish and coming to Poland for master degree. I will probably try to work. I want to ask advices. What should I do what shouldn’t i do while in Poland? I will be in Warsaw. Kocham Polskę. I always like people but after being translator of polish team in earthquake i loved more. Dziękuję bardzo.

  1. Merhaba, feel free to ask, there is no specified things that you should or shouldn’t do. I guess. Everything depends on situation. Had few ppl in my team from your country and they did not have problems with anything in past 2y. Hope you will enjoy it 😉

  4. Well. For someone who lives here for their whole life it’s difficult to give a list of things you should avoid, if there are any at all. I suppose you should rather ask about something specific.

  5. 25% of Warsaw is from Turkey, don’t worry and be yourself.

  9. Eat zapiekanka. It’s a baguette sliced in half with pizza ingredients and sometimes ketchup. It’s delicious

  10. Everyone, thank you so much. I didn’t specify but I meant if there is something you would say definitely don’t do it or do it. But i have no doubt that i will have any problem as I will adapt myself into Polish culture. And follow the rules..

  11. You’ll be fine. There shouldn’t be any cultural shock, our cultures are somewhat similar, we just drink more, eat out less and for some reason can’t learn how to use a bidet.
