I’m not kidding when I say, in gym saunas I’ve been in here in the US, over half the people in the sauna will be wearing shoes/socks with full clothing. Despite the one rule being no shoes. It’s unthinkable for those that aren’t a fungus

I think this is the first time in my life that the idea of smoking in sauna crossed my mind. I mean despite all the sauna-related boozing I’ve done, and been a smoker for 20+ years. This is the first time I realized it’s technically possible. Abhorrent, of course, not in a nice way.
