Protesting because Primark advertised clothes inclusive of trans children…?
Do these people want trans children to walk around naked or something? Is clothing a privilege only children who don’t question their gender identity should receive?
Two people?
I wonder which one of JK Rowling, Rishi Sunak and Graham Linehan couldn’t make it…
Take away the protection of a phone screen or a keyboard and 99.9% of these fuckers would immediately lose their confidence.
These are the same people who will tell anybody who will listen that they represent the views and interests of the majority of women, but when they organise a protest they can’t get a double digit number of participants.
Good for them.
You can’t be in favour of protests that only you support. That’s precisely why we have protests.
Well of course there’s only two of them. Didn’t give the Nazis enough notice to turn up
Reminds me of a study that was done last year (Can’t remember which unfortunately) which showed that most anti-trans social media accounts were being managed by a few hundred individuals.
While funny, it does not mean that there is no support for the movement amongst normal people. Trans people are the scapegoat de jour right now and otherwise sane people now have very strong opinions about a group they previously ignored. The right have weaponised transphobia and that is hurting a very real group of people who just want to live their lives peacefully.
I live in Gainsborough, and this is news to me. My step kids friends are mostly LGBT OR Q. None of them have mentioned it, and they’re angry young activists in their early 20s who pretty much all live in Lincoln. If they didn’t know… absolutely nobody knew.
