Rocket found off Irish coast shrouded in mystery as Virgin Orbit rules out ownership

  1. This is kind of interesting, the rocket is marked as being a rocket jet aerodyne, but it’s weird because it seems small enough to be the upper stage of missile but the rocket exhaust nozzles don’t seem to be long enough to be vacuum optimised. I was thinking the upper stage of an icbm, but I couldn’t find anything that this company has done for those types of missile. The rail on the side is a bit weird as well. It’s kind of funny that they didn’t want to comment either.

  2. Twas the parish priest in Askeaton sending the wishes of the first holy communion lads to Holy God. Guarantee ya the messages are gone.

  3. Ah grand, so that’s where it landed. Deadly. I’ll make sure Pat aims a bit further to the right next time. Kerry here we come boyo.

  4. Not much of a rocket is it, and for the want of good riveting they’ve tied it together with string. Maybe it was a project on Blue Peter.

  5. So this was trawled up off the ocean floor? I can’t even begin to imagine the damage being caused to marine ecosystems by trawling. It’s literally indiscriminate raking of the ocean floor.
