My old job in the Civil Service I would be in the criminal courts a lot. While there are plenty of good reasons to give suspended sentences, but not for anything that involves this kind of violence.

The whole justice system is a merry go around. Scumbags keep committing crimes knowing there’s little to no punishment, while guards, lawyers and judges all have jobs and overtime thanks to the whole revolving door. There is no incentive to resolve it as that would mean less crime , fewer guards required, fewer lawyers required and fewer judges.
How else can you explain how people have more than 5+ convictions. We really need a 3strike rule brought in. I don’t give a fuck if they stole a pizza on their third time..they do the time in jail and I’ll happily pay extra taxes to jail these cunts.
When does the revolution we need begin?

This is just the latest in a series of delivery cyclists that have been killed or seriously injured by cunts of teenagers, and there’s barely recognition that there’s a problem. If these were immigrant Google or JP Morgan employees it might make a splash, but attacks on service workers possibly with precarious immigration status and maybe poor English are seen as just another day in “Areas de Risco”.
