MPs back Partygate report as just seven vote against

  1. I can’t believe with all the problems in the Uk currently we’re having to spend a day on a tory party soap opera.

  2. I was initially confused as to why two Labour MPs voted against it but I realised they did it to force the division and let us see what Tory MPs really thought.

The fact that barely enough MPs to fill a taxi were willing to defend Johnson shows his support is completely gone.

    Bye dickhead!

Also power move by Labour on that one. Playing an absolute blinder.

  3. The terrible thing is, it looks like good news that only 7 voted against.

And then you see that 225 abstained or didn’t turn up.

That’s a lot of politicians that don’t seem to give a shit about the fact that a prime minister lied repeatedly to the HoC, lied about lying, and then tried to threaten, intimidate, and undermine the committee when it became clear they weren’t buying his particular brand of bullshit.

That’s 225 people who either didn’t care or didn’t want to get their hands dirty over it.
