A *Vekter* is a security guard.
Janitor and Security service, presumably onsite or at regular intervals.

You have both a janitor service and a security service connected to your appartment complex. Which will be able to do maintenance and snow removal and stuff during winter and gardening and stuff in the communal areas. The security service is there for ordinary security guard stuff.
