I actually agree with this.
The Festival Garden was heavily advertised as being solar powered and from working there I can tell you most of of the stalls there were run off diesel generators that sat behind behind those stalls.
Maybe the lights in the covered part of the garden were solar powered? Maybe it was just the Flogas stall? It absolutely was not the whole garden though despite what the advertising painted it to be.
